Water Efficiency

To protect our precious resource, water, the Palm Desert Health Sciences Building contains several features to conserve. Restrooms in this buiding are equipped with low-flow pressure-assist toilets and ultra low-flow faucets activated by touchless sensors stimulated by photovoltaic cells.

The landscaping around the building consists of native flora that thrives in this dry, arid climate using minimal irrigation.
